A few of my favorite things

After being in quarantine for awhile and spending a lot of time at home I have a few things that have really kept be sane during this time. I thought I would share a few of those favorite things here!

Dae hair shampoo and conditioner - oh my word, you guys I can't say enough good things about this brand of shampoo and conditioner. Dae hair is a brand founded by Amber Fillerup, someone I follow on Instagram, and when I saw her announce this I knew I had to try it. I am telling you, these products did not disappoint. The shampoo and conditioner smells so heavenly with a citrus based smell, and the colors are so beautiful. The shampoo cleans my hair so well, and doesn't strip all the natural oils from my hair so my hair feels clean and healthy after using it. And the conditioner is the best conditioner I have ever used. It detangles so well, and leaves my hair feeling so soft. I have never been one to spend a lot on hair products, but I am so glad I decided to try out Dae hair because it has been my favorite. Would definitely recommend trying it! Diffusing oils - So I have never really gotten into oils, but recently I have been wanting to get started with them. I was hesitant to start because the company that I like is pretty pricey and I didn't know if I could really swing that yet. I ended up getting a set of oils from my grandma for Christmas, which was honestly the best gift ever. Then my cousin got me a diffuser for Christmas as well, so I was able to get started with using oils for free! The brand of oils I have been using are Art Naturals essential oils. I love them, and I love trying different oil combinations. I've been using a couple different blends lately that I really like. I was doing lemon and eucalyptus, and peppermint, lemongrass, and rosemary. Lately I have just been diffusing the grapefruit oil and it makes the air feel so fresh and definitely smelling like spring. What I like about this brand is that it is so much more affordable for me, and it seems to be a good quality as well. I just love it! Old Navy sweatsuit - I have been living in this outfit for basically the whole time I have been quarantined. It is my favorite comfy outfit and I could honestly live in it and wear forever. I like it because I can wear it with a denim jacket or a cute top and dress it up a bit or just wear it around the house with a pair of slippers. It has been especially nice these last few days because it has been so rainy and miserable and it makes me feel cozy. I am wearing the French Terry Cinched-Hem Joggers in a size small with the Boyfriend French Terry Tunic Sweatshirt in a size large at oldnavy.com I love how many different colors and styles of sweats and sweatshirts they have and you can really mix and match it all! By far my favorite lounge wear set I own, and its pretty affordable too! I would definitely recommend this!

Mr. Coffee coffee maker - I haven't had this very long, but I love my new coffee maker! I am the only person in my house that drinks coffee since my husband doesn't like it, so I got the cutest little 5 cup coffee maker and honestly I'm obsessed with it. Mostly because of how small it is and I love small things! It is just one of those things I couldn't survive quarantine without, and I love it! It's easy to use, makes good coffee, and my favorite purchase I've made in awhile. I bought mine at target.com and it was less than $20! I have the Mr. Coffee 5-cup programmable coffee maker.

Gigi Pip hat - This one isn't as practical for being stuck at home all the time, but it is still one of my favorite things right now. My Gigi Pip Monroe Rancher hat is my absolute favorite hat that I own right now! It is so cute, and stylish, and can dress up any outfit! I'm obsessed with it, and I have been wearing it around the house until I can actually go out again and wear it! I can't say enough good things about it, and I just think it is the greatest hat ever invented. I got it at gigipip.com and I have the Monroe Rancher hat in the color oatmeal size S/M. It is the best hat I have ever owned.
