Is it too early for fall decor?

August is over, and September is here! Starbucks has come out with the pumpkin drinks, and I'm ready for fall! Fall is by far my favorite season. I mean don't get me wrong, summer is great and I love the sun and good weather, but there is something about fall that just makes me so happy. I've decided it's time to get out the fall decor, but for September and October I've decided to go for the Halloween themed fall decor and then switch it up in November for more Thanksgiving fall decor. I've got a whole plan!

So I went shopping at Home Goods, TJ Maxx, and Hobby Lobby! To be honest I wasn't majorly impressed with the selection, and only got one thing!

Like I said I'm starting out with Halloween decor! So the only thing I bought was the cutest ghost pillow! And I came home and decided to repaint all my vases and painted them black. I switched out my pillow cases in the living room, lit my fall candle, and ordered the cutest bats to put on the walls.

I’m loving the subtle Halloween decor I’ve got going, and I’m excited to add some cute pumpkins to the mix! I always like to decorate in the fall with real pumpkins instead of fake ones so I can throw them out at the end of the season and not have to store them all year. So I’m looking forward to going out and getting some cute pumpkins this year!
