My favorite things.

If I had to describe myself and tell you what all my favorite things were it would be this: all things yellow, fall, coffee, my husband, and fashion. Not in any particular order, but at this point in my life those are my favorite things. Some of those things never changed, but one or two will change every few years. So here are some of my favorite things and why, as well as pictures because I love pictures!

All things yellow. Yellow hasn’t always been my favorite color, but most recently I’ve been finding that I have so many yellow things. I used to always say that my favorite color was black. I’ve been saying that since I was in middle school, so for my favorite color to change from black to yellow is so strange to me! But I guess there are seasons for everything! It’s not like I just decided that my favorite color was yellow, and that was that. It was one day about a month ago I realized I had so much yellow and I told me husband, I think my favorite color is yellow now? And he responds with, yeah I know? HAHA! Apparently he figured it out before me! So right now, in this season of life yellow is my favorite color. And when I say I have a lot of yellow I mean I have a lot of yellow. Here are some pictures to prove that I really love the color yellow.

Fall. Oh my goodness, fall is my absolute favorite time of year. I love all the fall colors, everything pumpkin spice, the cold weather, sweaters, apple cider, all things fall! You have probably noticed that this is the third blog in which I have talked about my love for fall. I’m telling you! It’s my favorite season! I like all the seasons for sure, but I think fall is my favorite because it always means the start of something new. School starts again, everyone gets back to their normal life schedule after the busyness of summer, and the leaves start falling. It’s really the best and I could go on forever telling you how much I love it, but I think I’ve got my point across pretty well at this point. Haha! I also think that fall is the perfect time of year to watch through the Harry Potter movies, so I am totally going to make my husband watch them all with me. So here are some of my favorite fall themed pictures that I’ve taken. Cider, fall colors, homework, and pumpkin spice latte!

Coffee. Anyone who knows me knows how much I love coffee. I like to drink coffee, and I also like to take pictures when I drink coffee for whatever reason. I’m not sure I just do it. I also collect mugs so I like to take pictures of all the cute mugs I have. My go to drink is just a black americano, but I love all the seasonal lattes as well. Pumpkin spice latte, eggnog latte, peppermint lattes, and just a plain old vanilla latte. I’ve been drinking a lot of french press as well lately. I just love coffee, everything about it like the smell, the taste, and the fact that when I drink it I don’t get these raging headaches. Yes, I have a coffee addiction that’s more of a caffeine addiction. For awhile it was so bad that if I didn’t have coffee by 9am I had a raging headache all day even if I had coffee later. But I’ve been working on cutting back so it isn’t as bad anymore, though I do still get headaches if I don’t drink coffee all day. My favorite coffee shop of all time is Cafe Ladro because I love their coffee and the aesthetics in their shop in downtown Bothell is just the best. I love going there to just sit and get work done because it’s so peaceful. It also happens to be two blocks over from where I live so it’s super convenient! So all that to say, I love coffee. My husband. I could go on forever telling you about how much I love my husband. He is my best friend, my favorite person in the world, my biggest supporter, my number one fan. He’s just the best. I love laughing with him, making memories with him, playing games, going on adventures, and living life together! I’m telling you being married is the best thing in the whole world, and I’m so glad I get to be married to Kyle. We have the most fun together, and honestly there is no one I would rather spend the rest of my life with. I just have so many good things to say about him. He’s smart, kind, encouraging, hilarious, incredibly handsome, strong, loves Jesus with his whole life, and love me more than anything. I’m honestly so blessed by him everyday and the way that he continues to lead me closer to Jesus everyday. Marriage is the best and I got so lucky to marry the most amazing man in the world. Fashion. I love fashion. I love putting outfits together, I love accessorizing, and I love trying new things! Fashion is so fun because the styles change so often that you always have something new to try! I remember when overalls came back I was so excited because it was something I would wear when I was a kid! I just love the way fashion changes, and also the way it comes back every few years. I really love the 90’s mom vibes with the mom jeans, oversized tops, and overalls for sure. It’s one of my favorite looks, and I have also love that chunky hair clips are back because they are so much fun! And super helpful to me because I’m trying to grow out my bangs right now so it’s so easy to just pin them back with a chunky hair clip and call it fashion! I just love getting dressed up and I wanted to share that with you guys. So enjoy some pictures of some of my favorite outfits lately!

And lastly, if you couldn’t tell I really like taking pictures. I take pictures of basically everything because I love how you can just take a picture and remember a moment forever! It’s the best way to save memories and I love that. I also take pictures of a lot of my outfits because if I have an outfit that makes me feel really good, I want to remember it so I can do it again in the future! Because I do wear a lot of repeat outfits, especially if it makes me feel good when I’m wearing it because we all know how important that is! I also take a lot of pictures so I can share them with you all! So I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
